He stands there frozen for a moment, his eyes wide with terror before suddenly switching into something akin to hell, fire, and brimstone.]

[It takes a lot of work to incur Regis's wrath. He wasn't told by the others regarding Izunia's presence here within this world. Maybe Noctis and the others thought it would be kinder to keep him ignorant of Izunia's presence. That could very much be the case since Regis swears he can feel his blood boil as Izunia greets him.
It's offensive. So terribly offensive. Regis almost can't breathe at this point. He feels sick just by the presence of this awful man. It's enough to make the former King of Lucis mute with unbridle rage.]
